Therapytips.org is a digital media and therapist booking platform operated by Psychology Solutions OÜ. The platform includes a public editorial website featuring articles, personality tests, and interviews about psychology and mental health, as well as a practice management suite ("My Office") enabling licensed therapists to manage their practice and accept client bookings.
Therapytips.org is not a clinical service provider. We do not provide therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Therapists on the platform are independent professionals solely responsible for their clinical and ethical standards.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Therapists additionally represent that they are licensed or credentialed mental health professionals legally permitted to practise in their jurisdiction.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape or harvest data by automated means without our written permission
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your credentials

Therapists who publish articles grant Psychology Solutions OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish and distribute that content on Therapytips.org and associated channels. Editors may edit articles at their discretion.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Links do not constitute endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychology Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.
