A bit about me: I’m an American psychologist who specializes in relationships, happiness, personality, and human motivation. I received my B.A. in psychology, magna cum laude, from Cornell University, and my M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I trained under leading researchers in judgment, decision-making, and behavioral science. My academic research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and my work has been covered by The New York Times and The New Yorker, among other major publications. I write regularly for Forbes, Psychology Today, and CNBC, where I focus on translating relationship science and psychology research into practical, accessible insights.
