About Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey, professional overthinker translator, and firm believer that healing does not have to feel cold, clinical, or painfully awkward.
For more than 10 years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating everything from addiction, ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting stress, and relationship struggles to those “I feel stuck and I don’t even know why” seasons of life. I also work with professionals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or frustrated by communication challenges both personally and professionally.
My approach to therapy is deeply person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed” or handed a one-size-fits-all formula — it’s about helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your mindset, build practical skills, and create a life that actually feels fulfilling to you.
I naturally bring a laid-back, warm, and humorous energy into the therapy space because growth happens best when people feel safe enough to be human. Some sessions may involve deep insight and emotional processing; others may involve laughing about the fact that adulthood/parenthood is somehow exhausting, frustrating, mundane, fun, and chaotic all at the same time.
At the core of my work is one simple belief: people flourish when they feel seen, understood, empowered, and genuinely connected to their own direction in life. My role is to help you get there.
