About Bayle
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. I primarily work with adults, typically ages 25 and older, who are balancing the demands of everyday life and want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns that shape how they live and relate to others. I have experience supporting clients with depression and mood disorders, anxiety, binge eating, substance use, trauma, attachment concerns, and coping patterns such as self-harm, dissociation, depersonalization, and maladaptive daydreaming. I also enjoy helping clients explore the emotions and meaning behind their dreams and nightmares.
My approach is integrative and based on the belief that our mental health is connected to our mind, body & spirit. I combine traditional talk therapy with creative and expressive arts, somatic techniques, psychoeducation, and person-centered and narrative approaches through a holistic approach. I believe you are who you are for a reason, and my role is to provide a supportive space where you can make sense of your experiences, recognize patterns, and explore what you want for yourself moving forward.
What I love most about being a therapist is creating a space where people can safely explore their minds, express their emotions freely, and receive credible, trustworthy support that fosters personal growth and development.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy taking walks with my dog, yoga, hot yoga, reformer Pilates, aerial silks, slow and moody music, being a plant mom, making art and crafts, laughing at TikToks, and spending time with friends and family.
