Manifestation is a belief system centered on the idea that your thoughts and emotions can influence the reality you experience. It involves focusing one's mind and energy toward desired outcomes, generally operating from the conviction that internal states shape external events and opportunities.
Practicing manifestation is associated with greater optimism and goal-directed behavior. By imagining success as already achieved and maintaining positive self-talk, individuals may align their mindset with the outcomes they seek.
The Manifestation Scale was developed to scientifically assess the extent to which individuals believe their thoughts and emotions can attract success and shape their reality. The scale consists of eleven statements that measure two core dimensions of manifestation: personal power and cosmic collaboration.
These refer respectively to the belief that one's mindset and emotions influence outcomes, and the belief that universal or higher forces assist in manifesting success. The results offer insight into how strongly one endorses the principles of manifestation and the degree to which these beliefs guide their outlook on life.
