Love addiction, also known as affective dependence, is defined as a behavior pattern where individuals become emotionally dependent on their romantic partners. To assess these behaviors, researchers developed the Love Addiction Inventory.

As a diagnostic tool, the scale empowers psychologists to explore the intricate motivations and psychological drivers behind love addiction. By comprehensively assessing symptoms related to love addiction, this tool enhances our understanding of obsession, codependency, trust issues and emotional attachment within relationships.

The Love Addiction Inventory allows individuals to reflect on their emotional attachment patterns and recognize signs of love addiction within their relationships. By identifying these red flags and assessing the intensity of love-related behaviors, individuals can initiate open conversations with their partners, seek professional guidance, and proactively address these issues to strengthen their romantic life.

You can take this test here. Please follow all of the steps to receive your results.
